Arriving in DC only 26 short years ago, I immediately started investing in real estate and in 2008 joined AH Management. As a Property Manager, I specialize in properties within the District of Columbia. My experience from being both owner and manager, has allowed me to provide clients with the level of service and knowledge that I know is essential in owning a DC property.
Over the years I’ve gained tremendous knowledge on the DC landlord/tenant laws which has been invaluable in advising property owners on best practices they should follow. I also have an intimate knowledge of the sales and rental markets in DC. Living right in the District allows for fast responsiveness, whether it be for regular maintenance checks or those untimely emergency situations.
