In my 13 years of experience as a Property Manager, I have had the opportunity to work with some top-tier brokerages, allowing me to gain the education and experience that I use today. My overarching goal is always to provide genuine and personable customer service. I also find it vital to maintain clear communication and transparency with owners, tenants and contractors for the long-term care and maintenance of the property. All of us play a role in keeping our properties in the best condition possible.
Being a property owner can present the unexpected at times. I always want my clients left with the security that their properties are in capable hands. Owners (especially those who have had to relocate throughout the United States and abroad) need to feel that their property holds just as much value to those managing it as it does to them. It is my guarantee to treat your property as I would treat my own.
In my spare time, I love to read and watch a good movie. Outdoor activities are always a plus and when the time allows I love to unwind by sewing and creating some wonderful gifts. My passion is my family and friends.
