Specializing in residential properties, we can assist you with all of the maintenance, oversight, and unexpected challenges involved in managing and renting out your property.

We Have Competitive Rates

Property Management Rate: 8% of the rent every month (many companies charge 10%).

Listing and Leasing Your Property: When AH Management lists your property we charge the owner 75% of one month’s rent as part of the listing and leasing commission.

Maintenance Escrow/Reserve: Lastly, we ask for $600 up front to use as maintenance escrow (reserve). If at any point in time that money is used to make repairs (e.g. $300 for plumbing), the following month’s rent will be used to replenish that $600 escrow (i.e. if the rent is $1,200/month, $900 will be given to the owner and $300 will be used to replenish the maintenance escrow).
